Third time is a charm for California legalization

Californians will vote for a third time to legalize marijuana. 1972 was the first attempt which failed 66% to 33%, and 2010 was also rejected with 53% to 46%. All of this can change this fall when voters will cast their ballots on Proposition 64 making marijuana legal at a state level. Polls are favorable for legalization with 55% acceptance from the general public and 60% likely among voters.  Catch the entire article at LA Times.
