People are eating more weed than ever before. Already in Colorado, edibles can account for 60% of dispensary revenue – and this popularity has made it all the way up the… ‘food chain’ into high-end (and often clandestine) culinary affairs. By creating a controlled, shared, safe and social experience, these pioneering chefs are hoping to make the consumption of weed more accepted in the mainstream.
